I used the machine today for extracting upper root piece it was a very good experience.
Usually with upper 4 rc treated root piece extraction can be stressful as the root piece keep breaking or crumbling and there is no grip for the root forcep. But with this extraction periotome tip it was really easy n no stress at all. I used elevator absolutely at the end as u can see it was hassle free n minimum bleeding .
